IEI Teachers Give Back: Educational Justice Project Wins A Global Prize for Collaborative Social Justice Leadership

IEI teachers LuAnn Sorenson and Jim Sosnowski are two of several volunteers with the Educational Justice Project, a program that seeks to educate those imprisoned through language instruction and language tutor training. As a result of their efforts, EJP has been awarded $10,000 for being "a model academic program." We are so proud of the work LuAnn and Jim have done to promote social justice through education and selfless leadership. For more information on the project and the award check out these two videos.
