Karen Hilgeman, our Student Advisor, and Anna Kasten, our Student Services Coordinator, are available to help you with questions or issues related to:
- immigration
- the college admission process
- IEI program and policies
- your academic and personal life
If you would like to talk to Karen or Anna, simply stop by their office (#101 IEI Building) and if they are free, they can talk to you then OR you can make an appointment for a specific time. You can also contact them by email: hilgeman@illinois.edu and a-kasten@illinois.edu. Karen and Anna also teach in the IEI, so their free time varies with their teaching schedules.
