Course Dates
IEI courses begin three times a year. They follow the semester schedule of the University of Illinois. The program dates for the current term and next two terms are:

- A late fee of $150.00 will be charged if the student registers late (after the placement test has been given).
- A late fee of $150.00 will be charged if the student registers on time but misses the assigned placement test.
- All fees are due at registration.
- IEI Educational Fees, University Fees and University Health Insurance can only be paid by check, money order or wire transfer. NO CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
- The IEI offers tuition discounts for family members of current University of Illinois employees and matriculated students. A $250 discount will be offered for the first semester of full-time English language study for a spring or fall term ($150 discount for summer term). For more information, contact: iei@illinois.edu

- University of Illinois Residence Halls
- Once a student is admitted to the IEI they will receive an email from the Housing Office. This email will contain a special login and password to be used for applying.
- Students will receive a bill for their housing after they have arrived and moved in to their dormitory room.
